Notes:
- Numbers in parenthesis are (somewhat) rare peak values, or exceptions that were seen on two or less weapon mod types. If/when I find them on recently dropped instances (i. e. not legacy pre patch-1.8) of other mods (enough to stop considering them an exclusivity or rarity), I'll update the ranges accordingly.
- Some mods use primary and secondary ranges interchangeably for their major and minor attributes.
- This card is an updated version, it uses (recent) historical data from /u/rubenalamina's weekly tables of all mods on sale in game, as well as directly observation of recently dropped weapon mods, as additional data to correct some discrepancies on our primary data source (/u/spydr101's spreadsheet).
- Special thanks to /u/ac1dhylde, who compared this revised numbers to his inventory of 257 mods and validated most of my results.

- Data on this card is mainly based on a growing sample of (now) 1450 weapon mods collected on weekly vendor roundups published by Ruben Alamina.
